Services

SynergiON provides end-to-end controls engineering for building systems—focused on practical, installable, and verifiable deliverables.

1) HVAC Controls Engineering (SoO to Buildable Design)

We translate Sequences of Operations and performance requirements into clear controls logic and implementation-ready documentation.
Typical deliverables

  • Control narrative and logic breakdown (sequence clarification and edge cases)

  • Points list / I/O schedule (AI/AO/DI/DO, setpoints, alarms, trends)

  • Device and controller strategy (DDC selection, zoning approach, expansion planning)

  • Wiring/termination guidance and field coordination notes

2) BMS / BAS Integration & Networking

We define how systems connect, communicate, and exchange data—ensuring stable integration and clean commissioning.
Typical deliverables

  • Network topology (controller networks, IP planning, segmentation approach)

  • Integration requirements (BACnet/Modbus, point naming, metadata)

  • Points mapping and integration tables (source → destination, scaling, units)

  • Coordination notes for IT/Owner standards and cybersecurity basics

3) Metering, Instrumentation & Energy Data

We design measurement systems that support operations, analytics, and real energy decisions.
Typical deliverables

  • Metering architecture (electrical/thermal/flow where applicable)

  • Sensor selection logic (accuracy class, placement intent, calibration notes)

  • Trending and alarm strategy (what to trend, at what interval, and why)

  • Data handoff structure for dashboards/EMS (tags, naming, units)

4) Panel, Field, and Construction Coordination

Controls fail in the field when details are vague. We produce site-ready instructions and coordination notes to reduce rework.
Typical deliverables

  • Panel and field device coordination notes

  • Installation constraints, location intent, and access requirements

  • Material take-offs (controls BOM-level estimates)

  • RFI risk items and scope boundaries (clarity for tender/GC)

5) Commissioning Support (Documentation-First)

We support the project close-out by ensuring documentation aligns with real testing and acceptance.
Typical deliverables

  • Functional testing readiness checklists (what must be proven)

  • Point-to-point and I/O verification guidance

  • Deficiency tracking structure (what constitutes pass/fail)
