Coordination between HVAC controls, electrical metering, lighting control, emergency systems, monitoring and digital infrastructure where responsibility overlaps.
Challenge
Several systems were ‘complete’ and the building still did not behave as one.
Scope
Identify overlaps, assign owners, document interfaces and the tests that cross a terminal.
Technical approach
Name the overlapping points and the person who owns the test that crosses them.
