Technical development and coordination of Division 25 requirements connecting mechanical controls, electrical systems, metering, lighting controls, network infrastructure and monitoring.
Challenge
Each trade stopped at a terminal. The building did not.
Scope
Coordination of responsibilities, interfaces, points and documentation across the trades that actually meet at Division 25.
Technical approach
Write the seams: signal, owner, test. Keep the package construction-usable.
