Retail Electrical Expansion & Reconfiguration
Occupied retail/commercial space expanding while existing distribution remained in service.
Challenge
New loads had to land on infrastructure that was already serving an occupied floor.
Scope
Existing-system review, demolition coordination, branch-circuit reconfiguration, panel utilization, lighting and emergency systems, equipment power coordination and construction documentation.
Technical approach
Establish what could stay, what had to come out, and where new circuits could land without treating the panel schedule as fiction.

Existing panels, reused branch circuits, lighting, emergency lighting, new equipment loads.
Deliverables
Construction documentation coordinating demolition, reuse and new loads on the existing distribution.
