Challenge
Symptoms were intermittent and easy to blame on a single device.
Scope
Load-characteristic review, harmonic concern identification, power-quality measurement strategy, transformer-loading context, equipment interaction and event correlation.
Technical approach
Characterize the load mix first. Place measurements where the process actually cycles. Correlate events with equipment behaviour rather than a single snapshot.

Deliverables
Technical findings and a measurement strategy tied to the observed process, without fabricated THD figures.
